I saw others post with the same error, saying they tried multiple browsers and everything. If there's an app update, download it and try streaming again. To do this open the app store on your device, search for HBO Max, and see if there's an update available. But it didn't even seem to get to the login credentials before it gave the error. Make sure you have the latest version of the HBO Max app. Computer: Close and reopen your browser, then go back to and try to stream.
